These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Book My Hotels website and the booking services provided through www.bookmyhotels.co.uk.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or making a booking. By accessing our website or completing a booking, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our website or make a booking through our services.

Throughout these Terms, references to "Book My Hotels", "we", "us", or "our" mean FINDMYHOLIDAYS LTD trading as Book My Hotels.

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below.

Accommodation means any hotel, resort, apartment, guesthouse, serviced apartment, villa, or other lodging made available for booking through the Book My Hotels platform.

Accommodation Provider means the hotel, property owner, management company, supplier, wholesaler, bedbank, channel manager, or other third-party provider responsible for supplying the accommodation booked by the Customer.

Booking means a reservation for accommodation made through the Book My Hotels website and confirmed in accordance with these Terms.

Booking Confirmation means the confirmation email, booking voucher, or other written confirmation issued by Book My Hotels after a booking has been accepted.

Booking Contract means the legally binding agreement between the Customer and the Accommodation Provider for the provision of accommodation, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Business Day means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday in England.

Customer, you, or your means the individual or organisation making a booking through Book My Hotels.

Force Majeure Event means any event beyond the reasonable control of Book My Hotels or the Accommodation Provider, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, epidemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, industrial disputes, governmental action, power failures, cyber-attacks, internet outages, or other events preventing the performance of contractual obligations.

Guest means any person staying at the booked accommodation, including the Customer and any additional occupants included in the booking.

Services means the online accommodation booking services provided by Book My Hotels through its website.

Supplier means any third party providing accommodation inventory, rates, or booking fulfilment, including hotels, wholesalers, aggregators, bedbanks, channel managers, or technology partners.

Terms means these Terms and Conditions, together with any policies expressly incorporated by reference.

Website means www.bookmyhotels.co.uk, including any associated webpages, booking engine, mobile website, or future applications operated by Book My Hotels.

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, references to "Book My Hotels", "we", "our", or "us" refer to FINDMYHOLIDAYS LTD trading as Book My Hotels.

2.2 Our Business

Book My Hotels operates an online hotel booking platform that enables customers to search for, compare, and reserve accommodation at hotels and other lodging providers worldwide.

  • Our accommodation inventory may be sourced through
  • Direct contracts with hotels
  • Hotel chains
  • Channel managers
  • Bedbanks
  • Wholesalers
  • Global hotel distribution systems

Technology partners; and

Other authorised accommodation suppliers.

We continually work with accommodation providers and technology partners to improve the availability, pricing, and quality of accommodation offered through our platform.

2.3 Our Role

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Book My Hotels acts solely as an intermediary between Customers and Accommodation Providers.

We do not own, operate, manage, or control the hotels or accommodation listed on our website.

  • Each Accommodation Provider is independently responsible for
  • operating its property
  • maintaining its facilities
  • complying with applicable laws and regulations
  • determining its own policies

honouring confirmed reservations; and

delivering accommodation services.

2.4 Independent Accommodation Providers

Accommodation Providers listed on our website are independent businesses.

  • Book My Hotels does not guarantee
  • the quality of accommodation
  • the suitability of any property
  • uninterrupted availability
  • hotel facilities
  • room allocation

hotel policies; or

services provided directly by the Accommodation Provider.

Descriptions, photographs, facilities, star ratings, amenities, and guest reviews displayed on our website are supplied by Accommodation Providers or trusted third-party sources and may change without notice.

2.5 International Bookings

Book My Hotels offers accommodation in multiple countries.

Accommodation Providers operate under the laws and regulations applicable in the country where the accommodation is located.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they comply with all applicable local laws and requirements relating to their stay.

3. Scope of these Terms

3.1 Application

  • These Terms and Conditions govern
  • your access to and use of our website
  • all hotel bookings made through Book My Hotels
  • communications relating to your booking

any customer account created with us; and

any related services provided by Book My Hotels.

These Terms apply to all bookings unless separate written terms have been expressly agreed.

3.2 Acceptance

making a booking; or

using any of our services,

  • you confirm that
  • you have read these Terms

you understand them; and

you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our website or booking services.

payment conditions; or

destination-specific legal requirements.

Where additional conditions apply, they will be presented during the booking process and will form part of your Booking Contract.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and the specific conditions of an Accommodation Provider regarding accommodation services, the Accommodation Provider's conditions shall prevail in relation to those services.

3.4 Changes to these Terms

  • Book My Hotels may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect
  • changes in legislation
  • regulatory requirements
  • improvements to our services

technological developments; or

operational changes.

The latest version will always be published on our website.

The revised Terms become effective from the published Effective Date.

Existing bookings will generally remain subject to the Terms applicable at the time the booking was made unless the changes are required by law.

3.5 Consumer Rights

  • Nothing contained within these Terms shall limit or exclude any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable law, including rights arising under
  • the Consumer Rights Act 2015

the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013; and

any other applicable consumer protection legislation.

Where any provision conflicts with mandatory consumer legislation, the relevant legislation shall prevail.

4. Our Role and the Booking Contract

4.1 Booking Platform

Book My Hotels provides an online platform through which Customers may search for and reserve accommodation offered by independent Accommodation Providers.

Our role is limited to facilitating reservations and transmitting booking information between Customers and Accommodation Providers.

4.2 Formation of the Booking Contract

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the contract for accommodation is formed directly between the Customer and the Accommodation Provider.

Book My Hotels is not a party to that accommodation contract.

Our responsibility is limited to facilitating the booking process and processing payments where applicable.

4.3 Booking Confirmation

  • A booking is not confirmed until
  • payment (where required) has been successfully authorised

availability has been confirmed by the Accommodation Provider or Supplier; and

a Booking Confirmation has been issued by Book My Hotels.

Receiving an acknowledgement that your booking request has been received does not constitute acceptance of your booking.

4.4 Refusal of Bookings

  • Book My Hotels reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or decline any booking before confirmation where reasonably necessary, including where
  • accommodation is unavailable
  • payment cannot be authorised
  • pricing errors have occurred
  • fraudulent activity is suspected
  • sanctions or legal restrictions apply

booking information is inaccurate; or

we are required to do so by law.

Where payment has already been taken, any amount due will be refunded to the original payment method.

4.5 Communications

  • Book My Hotels may communicate with Customers by
  • email
  • telephone
  • SMS
  • WhatsApp (where provided)

customer account notifications; or

other electronic means.

It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that contact details remain accurate throughout the booking process.

Failure to receive communications due to incorrect contact details shall not affect the validity of the booking or these Terms.

5. Eligibility to Use Our Services

5.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services or make a booking.

By making a booking, you confirm that you satisfy these requirements.

5.2 Authority

  • If you make a booking on behalf of
  • another individual
  • family members
  • friends

colleagues; or

an organisation,

you confirm that you have authority to act on their behalf and that you have provided them with these Terms and Conditions.

  • The person making the booking remains responsible for
  • payment
  • accuracy of booking details

compliance with these Terms; and

ensuring all Guests comply with applicable hotel policies.

5.3 Business Customers

Where bookings are made on behalf of a company or organisation, the individual making the booking confirms that they are authorised to bind that organisation.

5.4 Accuracy of Information

Customers must ensure that all information provided during the booking process is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Book My Hotels shall not be responsible for any losses, additional costs, or booking failures resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the Customer.

6. Hotel Bookings

6.1 Booking Process

Customers may search for, compare, and reserve accommodation through the Book My Hotels website.

  • All bookings are subject to
  • availability
  • confirmation by the Accommodation Provider or Supplier

successful payment or payment authorisation (where applicable); and

compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee that accommodation has been reserved.

6.2 Booking Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all booking information is complete and accurate before confirming a reservation.

  • This includes, but is not limited to
  • Guest names (exactly as they appear on official identification where required)
  • Check-in and check-out dates
  • Number of guests
  • Room type
  • Occupancy requirements
  • Contact information
  • Email address

Telephone number; and

Any special requests.

Book My Hotels accepts no responsibility for losses arising from incorrect information supplied by the Customer.

6.3 Accommodation Availability

All accommodation displayed on our website is subject to availability at the time the booking is confirmed.

  • Occasionally, accommodation may become unavailable after a booking request has been submitted due to
  • simultaneous bookings
  • supplier inventory updates
  • hotel operational issues

connectivity interruptions; or

other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

  • Where accommodation cannot be confirmed, we may
  • offer an alternative property
  • offer an alternative room type

provide alternative travel dates; or

issue a full refund where no suitable alternative is available.

6.4 Special Requests

  • Customers may submit requests such as
  • Early check-in
  • Late check-out
  • High-floor rooms
  • Accessible rooms
  • Twin or double beds
  • Smoking or non-smoking rooms

Cots or extra beds; and

Other preferences.

Special requests are forwarded to the Accommodation Provider but cannot be guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Additional charges may apply.

6.5 Group Bookings

Bookings involving multiple rooms or multiple Guests may be treated as group bookings.

Different rates, payment schedules, cancellation policies, and contractual terms may apply.

6.6 Booking on Behalf of Others

A Customer may book accommodation for another person.

  • The Customer confirms that
  • they have authority to make the booking
  • all Guests agree to these Terms

Guest details are accurate; and

they remain responsible for payment obligations.

Guests must present valid identification at check-in where required by the Accommodation Provider.

6.7 Booking Restrictions

  • Book My Hotels reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings where
  • fraudulent activity is suspected
  • payment cannot be authorised
  • inaccurate information has been supplied
  • duplicate bookings exist
  • legal restrictions apply

sanctions legislation applies; or

the booking breaches these Terms.

7. Prices, Currency, Taxes and Payment

7.1 Prices

Prices displayed on Book My Hotels are quoted in the currency selected on the website.

Where no currency has been selected, prices will be displayed in the default website currency.

Prices may change at any time before a booking is confirmed.

  • Once a booking has been confirmed, the agreed booking price will not change except where
  • taxes change
  • mandatory government charges change
  • obvious pricing errors are identified

additional services are requested by the Customer; or

the Accommodation Provider lawfully changes charges permitted under the booking conditions.

7.2 Currency Conversion

  • Where currency conversion is displayed
  • exchange rates are provided for guidance only
  • your card issuer may apply different exchange rates

additional foreign transaction fees may apply; and

Book My Hotels accepts no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations.

7.3 Taxes

Displayed prices may include applicable taxes where legally required.

  • Depending upon the destination, additional charges may be payable directly to the Accommodation Provider, including
  • city taxes
  • tourist taxes
  • municipal taxes
  • environmental levies
  • destination fees
  • resort fees

service charges; or

government-imposed charges.

Customers remain responsible for paying any mandatory charges not collected during the booking process.

7.4 Payment Methods

  • Book My Hotels may accept

Visa

Mastercard

American Express

Maestro

Apple Pay

Google Pay

PayPal (where available)

Bank Transfer (where available)

Other approved payment methods

Accepted payment methods may change without notice.

7.5 Payment Authorisation

  • By submitting payment details, you confirm that
  • you are authorised to use the payment method
  • the information provided is accurate

sufficient funds are available; and

you authorise Book My Hotels or its payment partners to process payment.

Payments are processed using secure PCI DSS-compliant payment providers.

Book My Hotels does not store full payment card details.

7.6 Deposits

  • Certain bookings may require
  • full payment
  • partial payment

a deposit; or

payment directly to the Accommodation Provider.

Applicable payment requirements will be displayed before booking confirmation.

7.7 Payment Failure

  • Where payment cannot be successfully authorised
  • the booking may not be confirmed
  • availability cannot be guaranteed

the reservation may be cancelled automatically.

Book My Hotels shall not be liable for losses arising from declined or failed payments.

8. Pricing Errors

8.1 Obvious Errors

Although we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occasionally occur.

  • Book My Hotels reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors resulting from
  • technical failures
  • supplier transmission errors
  • human error
  • currency conversion errors

system malfunctions; or

incorrect supplier data.

8.2 Incorrect Prices

  • Where an obvious pricing error has occurred before check-in, Book My Hotels may
  • cancel the booking
  • contact the Customer with the correct price

offer the Customer the opportunity to proceed at the correct price; or

provide a full refund if the Customer declines.

8.3 No Obligation

A booking made at an obviously incorrect price does not create a legally binding obligation for Book My Hotels or the Accommodation Provider to honour that price.

9. Fraud Prevention and Payment Verification

9.1 Security Checks

To protect Customers and Accommodation Providers, Book My Hotels may carry out security and fraud prevention checks before confirming a booking.

9.2 Verification

  • We may request
  • photographic identification
  • proof of address
  • proof of payment
  • confirmation from the cardholder

additional documentation; or

any information reasonably required to verify a booking.

Failure to provide requested information may result in cancellation.

9.3 Suspicious Transactions

  • Book My Hotels reserves the right to
  • refuse bookings
  • suspend bookings
  • delay confirmation

cancel reservations; or

report suspicious activity

where fraud is reasonably suspected.

9.4 Chargebacks

Customers should contact Book My Hotels before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

  • Where a chargeback is initiated without lawful justification, Book My Hotels reserves the right to
  • dispute the chargeback
  • recover outstanding sums
  • suspend customer accounts

refuse future bookings; and

commence legal proceedings where appropriate.

9.5 Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions

  • Book My Hotels complies with all applicable UK laws relating to
  • anti-money laundering
  • fraud prevention
  • sanctions

financial crime; and

counter-terrorism financing.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking where required by law or where completing the booking would place us in breach of applicable sanctions or regulatory obligations.

10. Booking Confirmation

10.1 Confirmation of Your Booking

  • A booking is confirmed only when all of the following conditions have been satisfied
  • the Accommodation Provider or Supplier has confirmed availability
  • any required payment has been successfully authorised or received

any necessary verification checks have been completed; and

Book My Hotels has issued a Booking Confirmation by email or through your customer account (where applicable).

Until a Booking Confirmation has been issued, no contract for accommodation has been formed.

10.2 Booking Confirmation Details

  • Your Booking Confirmation will normally include
  • Booking reference number
  • Accommodation name and address
  • Check-in and check-out dates
  • Number of guests
  • Room type
  • Board basis (where applicable)
  • Total booking price
  • Payment status

Cancellation policy; and

Any additional conditions applicable to your booking.

Customers should review their Booking Confirmation immediately upon receipt.

10.3 Errors in Confirmation

If you believe your Booking Confirmation contains an error or does not reflect your booking request, you should notify Book My Hotels as soon as reasonably possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to correct genuine administrative errors where possible, subject to the Accommodation Provider's policies and availability.

10.4 Delivery of Confirmation

Booking Confirmations are normally sent by email.

  • It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that
  • the email address provided is correct

spam or junk folders are checked; and

Book My Hotels emails are capable of being received.

Failure to receive a confirmation email due to incorrect contact details, spam filtering, or technical issues beyond our control does not invalidate a confirmed booking.

11. Booking Amendments

11.1 Amendment Requests

  • Requests to amend a confirmed booking may include changes to
  • check-in or check-out dates
  • guest names
  • room type
  • occupancy

number of rooms; or

other booking details.

All amendment requests are subject to the Accommodation Provider's terms, availability, and approval.

11.2 No Guaranteed Right to Amend

Many discounted or promotional rates are sold on the basis that they cannot be amended after confirmation.

Book My Hotels cannot guarantee that an amendment will be possible.

11.3 Charges for Amendments

  • Where an amendment is permitted, additional charges may apply, including
  • higher room rates
  • supplier amendment fees
  • hotel amendment charges

administrative costs; or

additional taxes.

Any additional amount payable must be settled before the amendment is confirmed.

11.4 Reduction in Price

Where an approved amendment results in a lower booking value, any refund will be processed only were permitted by the Accommodation Provider's cancellation and amendment policy.

Certain promotional or non-refundable bookings may not qualify for any refund.

11.5 Guest Name Changes

Changes to the lead guest may not be permitted.

  • Where permitted, Book My Hotels or the Accommodation Provider may require
  • proof of identity

written authorisation; or

additional verification.

11.6 Transfer of Bookings

Confirmed bookings are personal to the Customer and may not be sold, assigned, or transferred to another person unless expressly permitted by the Accommodation Provider and confirmed by Book My Hotels in writing.

12. Cancellations

12.1 Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation rights vary depending on
  • the Accommodation Provider
  • room type
  • booking channel
  • promotional rate

destination; and

booking conditions.

The cancellation policy applicable to your booking will be displayed before payment and included within your Booking Confirmation.

12.2 Customer Cancellations

  • Where your booking permits cancellation, requests must be submitted through
  • your online account (where available)
  • our website

email; or

our Customer Support Team.

Cancellation requests are effective only after confirmation has been issued by Book My Hotels.

12.3 Non-Refundable Bookings

  • Bookings identified as
  • Non-Refundable
  • Non-Cancellable
  • Advance Purchase

Special Offer; or

Promotional Rate

cannot normally be cancelled or amended after confirmation.

The full booking value will remain payable in the event of cancellation or no-show unless otherwise required by law.

12.4 Free Cancellation

Where a booking includes free cancellation, the cancellation must be received before the deadline specified in the Booking Confirmation.

After that deadline has passed, cancellation charges may apply.

12.5 Cancellation Charges

  • Cancellation charges are determined by the Accommodation Provider and may include
  • one night's accommodation

a percentage of the booking value; or

the full booking amount.

Book My Hotels does not determine these charges unless expressly stated.

12.6 Cancellation by Book My Hotels

  • Book My Hotels may cancel a booking where
  • payment cannot be collected
  • fraud is suspected
  • inaccurate information has been supplied
  • pricing errors are identified
  • legal restrictions apply
  • sanctions requirements prevent completion of the booking

the Accommodation Provider is unable to honour the reservation; or

circumstances beyond our reasonable control make fulfilment impossible.

  • Where applicable, Customers will receive either

a suitable alternative; or

a full refund of amounts paid to Book My Hotels.

13. Refunds

13.1 Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are subject to
  • the Accommodation Provider's cancellation policy
  • the booking conditions

these Terms and Conditions; and

applicable consumer legislation.

  • Refunds will not normally be available for
  • non-refundable bookings
  • no-shows
  • early departures
  • unused accommodation

voluntary cancellations outside the permitted cancellation period.

13.2 Refund Method

Approved refunds will normally be returned using the original payment method.

Where this is not possible, Book My Hotels may agree an alternative method where permitted by law.

13.3 Processing Times

Once approved, refunds are generally processed within 7 to 15 Business Days.

  • Actual receipt of funds may take longer depending upon
  • the payment provider
  • the issuing bank

international banking systems; or

currency conversion processes.

Book My Hotels cannot control processing times once the refund has been released.

13.4 Non-Refundable Fees

  • Unless otherwise stated, the following are generally non-refundable
  • payment processing fees
  • currency conversion charges imposed by banks
  • third-party service fees
  • insurance premiums

booking protection products (where purchased); and

charges expressly identified as non-refundable.

13.5 Partial Refunds

Where only part of a booking qualifies for a refund, Book My Hotels will refund only the amount authorised by the Accommodation Provider or Supplier after deducting any applicable fees.

13.6 Force Majeure

  • Where cancellations arise from a Force Majeure Event, any refund, credit, rebooking, or alternative accommodation will depend upon
  • the Accommodation Provider's policy
  • the Supplier's policy

applicable law; and

any contractual rights available.

Book My Hotels will make reasonable efforts to assist Customers but cannot guarantee that refunds or credits will be available in such circumstances.

13.7 Chargeback Requests

Customers should contact Book My Hotels before raising a chargeback with their payment provider.

We are committed to resolving genuine payment disputes promptly.

Initiating an unjustified chargeback may delay the resolution of your request and may result in the suspension of your customer account or legal recovery action where appropriate.

14. No-Shows and Early Departures

14.1 No-Show

A No-Show occurs where a Guest fails to check in at the booked accommodation on the scheduled arrival date without prior cancellation or other arrangements accepted by the Accommodation Provider.

  • Where a booking is treated as a No-Show
  • the Accommodation Provider may cancel the reservation
  • the room may be released for resale

the full booking amount may be forfeited; and

no refund will normally be available unless required by applicable law or the Accommodation Provider's cancellation policy.

14.2 Late Arrival

If you expect to arrive later than the Accommodation Provider's published check-in time, you should notify both the Accommodation Provider and Book My Hotels as soon as possible.

Failure to notify a late arrival may result in the reservation being treated as a No-Show.

Book My Hotels accepts no responsibility where accommodation is cancelled due to late arrival without prior notice.

14.3 Early Departure

  • If a Guest chooses to leave the accommodation before the scheduled check-out date
  • unused nights will generally be non-refundable

any refund will depend entirely upon the Accommodation Provider's policy; and

Book My Hotels cannot require an Accommodation Provider to refund unused accommodation.

14.4 Failure to Occupy

Failure to occupy all booked rooms or failure to use booked services does not entitle the Customer to any refund unless expressly permitted under the booking conditions.

15. Check-in, Check-out and Stay Requirements

15.1 Check-in and Check-out Times

Check-in and check-out times are determined by each Accommodation Provider and may differ between properties.

  • Unless otherwise stated
  • early check-in is subject to availability

late check-out is subject to availability; and

additional charges may apply.

Book My Hotels cannot guarantee early check-in or late check-out requests.

15.2 Identification Requirements

Guests may be required to present valid government-issued photographic identification upon check-in.

  • Depending on the destination, acceptable identification may include
  • Passport
  • Driving Licence

National Identity Card; or

any other identification required by local law.

Failure to present acceptable identification may result in the Accommodation Provider refusing check-in.

Book My Hotels accepts no responsibility where accommodation is refused for failure to satisfy identification requirements.

15.3 Lead Guest

The lead Guest named on the booking should normally be present at check-in unless the Accommodation Provider confirms alternative arrangements.

15.4 Security Deposits

Some Accommodation Providers require Guests to provide a security deposit or payment guarantee at check-in.

  • This may be taken by
  • credit card
  • debit card

cash (where accepted); or

other methods determined by the Accommodation Provider.

Security deposits are managed entirely by the Accommodation Provider.

  • Book My Hotels has no control over
  • deposit amounts
  • release dates

deductions; or

refund times.

15.5 Occupancy Limits

Guests must comply with the maximum occupancy permitted for each room.

Accommodation Providers may refuse entry where occupancy limits are exceeded.

Additional Guests may incur additional charges or require an additional booking.

15.6 House Rules

Guests must comply with the Accommodation Provider's house rules at all times.

  • These may include rules concerning
  • smoking
  • noise
  • alcohol
  • visitors
  • pets
  • parking
  • swimming pools

16. Guest Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all booking information supplied to Book My Hotels is accurate, complete and up to date.

Book My Hotels shall not be liable for any loss, expense or inconvenience arising from incorrect information supplied by the Customer.

16.2 Conduct

Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully throughout their stay.

Whilst Book My Hotels takes reasonable care to display accurate information, we cannot guarantee that all information will always be complete, accurate or up to date.

17.3 Service Standards

  • hotel facilities
  • staff conduct
  • food and beverage services
  • maintenance

other hotel services

should first be reported directly to the Accommodation Provider to give them an opportunity to resolve the issue during your stay.

Book My Hotels will provide reasonable assistance where appropriate but is not responsible for the operation or management of the accommodation.

17.4 Overbooking

If an Accommodation Provider cannot honour a confirmed booking due to overbooking or operational issues, the Accommodation Provider is responsible for arranging suitable alternative accommodation or another appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law and its contractual obligations.

Book My Hotels will use reasonable efforts to assist in coordinating a solution but does not accept responsibility for decisions made by the Accommodation Provider.

17.5 Maintenance and Facilities

Accommodation Providers may temporarily withdraw facilities from use for maintenance, repairs, health and safety requirements or operational reasons.

Such temporary closures do not automatically entitle Customers to compensation unless required by applicable law.

17.6 Emergencies

Accommodation Providers may restrict access to facilities or require Guests to leave parts of the property where necessary to protect health, safety or security.

Guests must comply with all reasonable instructions issued during emergency situations.

18. Travel Documents and Legal Requirements

18.1 Customer Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all Guests possess the documents required for their journey and stay, including any documents required by the destination country or Accommodation Provider.

Where Book My Hotels is found liable, our total aggregate liability arising from any booking shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer to Book My Hotels for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.

31. Indemnity

Book My Hotels is not currently a member of an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme and is therefore not obliged to use ADR to resolve disputes unless required by applicable law.

35. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
